... institute, you can see large deer enclosures and many birds roaming the area. Monkeys with macaques, langurs and gibbons are a common sight here – some creatures caged while some roam freely. The gibbons live in a separate island bordered by a canal system. Inside other enclosures you will meet tropical birds, tortoises, reptiles and porcupines. The park is interesting to walk by, but do not forget to bring your own snacks as there ...

We discovered some great places whilst we were here and to name a few; Seas and sand restaurant - this place was run by a really nice guy and the food was very good and was not hiked up western prices, we set here 2 or 3 times and was on the seafront. ... have become the most permanent lodger, I can't imagine they would remove him a hurry. We left early to get up to see the Towers before we were due to get our train at 2pm to Penang. And, by 'see' them I mean walking across the bridge. As having eyes and all I could obviously see them from ground level. We rushed down to the ticket desk, greeted with 'SOLD OUT' typical. I consoled myself with a prawn tempura hand roll and pesto salmon linguine, I enjoyed that more than I could ...

... weren't any guys with us. Most of them were “lady
boys” I think. They are very accepting of people's preferences here
and there are a lot of men that dress and act like women. Most of
them have boob jobs and sometimes you don't know they are men until
you hear them speak. Some of the “lady boys” are prettier than
most of the girls. It is strange to be in a place that is very
          contradicting in a lot ...
