          Took a rainy stroll down the boardwalk a bit. Many things closed, but found a little arcade to play in and stopped for AC sweatshirts in a tourist trap tshirt shop. Easy to envision this place packed during warmer months, but I'm glad we are here off season. Dined at the Hard Rock Cafe next door, the kids loved it. Decent food and excellent service …

          Leisurely drive to Atlantic City. Stopped in Nyack NY for Pizza/subs lunch and a brief foray to an auto repair shop when drivers front wheel started making gentle scraping sounds. Very nice mechanic said he heard it but it stopped when he drove it into the bay, and said just probably road debris. Noise gone and car all find for next leg. We stopped …
