      ... many more travellers and lots more rubbish everywhere. The beaches were filled with bars, sun lounges and parasols, and a constant stream of people trying to get you to buy things. Anjuna is also a popular tourist destination for young Indian men, who have no qualms with staring at young woman, let alone those in bikinis. It's also one of the only places in India where drinking is socially acceptable, so there were lots of drunk young boys ...

      ... for instance when I went on the tread mill and decided to put an incline I found my head touching the ceiling as the roof was so small and on the pull up bar there was a hole in the ceiling for your head to pop through as you pulled up.       After a 7am start and a quick run back up the beautiful beach I joined Amy for breakfast with our homestay family and left Thottadar to head to the station for the 09:45 train to Mangalore.
