    ... was excellent and very fresh and flavourful. I enjoyed a Victoria Beer, from Mexico. April 11: Oh, the comforts of home or at least a well-appointed hotel room. We are looking at the possibility of some cloudy, rainy weather so being inside is nice. We may have to extend our motel stays through Monday. Today, we drove toward downtown Tulsa, parking in Utica Square, which had another Roadfood-famed restaurant, noted for breakfast granola and was the start point for a volkswalk. ...

    ... City. We did a side adventure to East Canyon State Park, but had to traverse 15 miles of winding, steep roads to get there. Sheila admitted later that she had her eyes closed part of the way!

    We are going to try a different route back to Salt Lake City. It is about 20 minutes longer, but it is supposed to be flatter...lol.

    Can't wait to meet Sean and Sarah at the airport ...

    ... we usually shop at in Washington. Unlike Woodinville, we didn’t bump into anyone we know there. Back in the car, we finished listening to our audiobook, Science Fair by Dave Barry and Ridley Pearson, which was a great story and very funny. We highly recommend it!

    I’m writing this at Toad’s Fun Zone in Ogden where we stopped to let the kids do the go-carts, laser tag, and some arcade games. Okay, I drove a go-cart, ...

    ... Arrived at tonight's hotel ..... Called "The Hotel" ... The room is 10 by 20 foot ... No frills but in its other life it's a ski resort .... we went up the mountain on a ski lift and have dinner on the top of the mountain.

    Teresa is gloating that she beat me at tabletop soccer .... she cheats .... when she is not laughing so ...

    ... kids do on a Friday evening. I was obviously lost, trying to get back to the interstate. There were cops everywhere, I drove through a green light then got pulled over by what I thought was going to be a motorcycle cop and a dodge charger unit. I had my back window open to let air out so as not to get stuffy. The cop gets out of the car, I have my window down, I am thinking how am I going to get to all ...
