... sidewalks...everyone was very badly burned...the seats from the bikes hurt our butts...it was a disaster. BUT with that being said, it was incredibly worth it, as it was one of the most beautiful places I've seen and everyone got some AMAZING pictures. I can't wait for everyone to see!!

I hadn't heard of Valparaiso, before embarking on my South American adventure, but whilst travelling around lots of people talked about how beautiful it was and the fact that it had a beach, so of course I was sold, for a couple of days. They speed along only pulling over when they're flagged down, with the advantage that they're willing to stop anywhere along the route to pick someone up. ... up and down the cobbled streets marvelling at the graffitied walls, doors, parks, everything is covered in tasteful art. As a more functional port city, there was no beach, so we took a day trip to Vina Del Mar which is a more luxurious beach resort (they even have a Starbucks and Pizza Hutt). ... though. There were various different acts on, singing, dancing and a magician. There was one really amazing singer who sang in English however the magic a spoke in Spanish which was a little more difficult to translate but still could see his trick.
