... have a curry which did seem wrong as I had just turned up in France.

Over the next few days we visited many towns and cities. We began in Cannes where we walked through a bustling market and bought some cumin cheese, a new finding from South Africa which I wanted to share with my parents. Apparently it is a very difficult and competitive profession to get in, and those in Grasse are some of the best in the world. We went to the museum and saw how they make ...

... it in anyway but the doctor sent me up to radiology to get it figured out with an x-ray and ultrasound. Approximately €150 later I found out I had a heaping case of tendinitis in my ankle :/. With the bandaging and meds hopefully it will be gone in a week but it definitely puts a kink in the plans to go to Pompeii and Herculaneum (Not sure if that's how you spell the second one....) and then Rome since they require quite a bit of walking. I'll just have to go slow ...
