Had a good laugh with him as we waited for our little mini Peloton to catch up. the whole group had a beautiful ride coming down a valley to ride along the Douro river to our winery hotel for the night. Find a rustic and charming hotel, with a view that takes your breath away, add guests from all over the world, hardworking hosts Maria and Arturo who present copious amounts of home cooked food with fresh ingredients from their garden, and wine and port from their vineyard and you have a recipe for 4 days of one of the best experiences that Portugal has to offer. The hotel, Casa Cimera, is set in the small village of Valenca do Douro, overlooking ...
