After a light overpriced lunch we set off to the “Garganta del Diablo” (Devil’s throat). ... towels and linens, dried fruits and of course the meat market… In a poor region like the north east of Argentina, you start to realize that almost any part of a animal can be used for something. Starting from the cows hoof (for cooking or as mate drinking jug, to all the other inner organs for cooking, incl. lungs ect….
So then, some impression and off we go… after 3 days in a city it's time to get out to the countryside again….
