          ... Whilst Jayne was getting out of the tourist Gulag, I legged it down to the bus stop, surely we'd made it. Jayne joined me and I checked the phone for the time. It was 6.59am exactly. Then we waited.....and waited. I said give it til 7.10am....but still no bus.           ... we used to see in Hong Kong. The streets were like rivers and no one was going anywhere. Punk Rock fashion made a comeback for a while & we joined the others wearing bin bags in the rain.

          ... far too many photographs as they are constantly changing in the different lights of the day.

          Our first cultural visit was to the nearby Lidl supermarket, which gets glowing reviews in every guide pamphlet. Titter ye not.....it flogged excellent local products and the local Rosada Vino was 60 pence a bottle!!!!! So we stocked up along with local cheeses, bread and the various hams. All at very reasonable prices. ...
