We have now stopped having hotel breakfast, which is generally pretty boring for 10-16E; so we have our own cereal and find a café after that. The coffee is pretty poor in Spain s it is always grossly over extracted.
The drive north was not far from point to point but our circuitous route took the whole day. We rose from lushly farmed river valleys to the steep beginnings of the majestic Pyrenees. Along ...
... I soon learnt to look down when exiting the women's :-) Spent most of the day at different areas around the Sanctuary. It really is Disneyland for the religious. So many ancient beautiful buildings to look at. Lourdes is such a pretty town that I don't want to leave tomorrow :-( Dinner for just Miss and I tonight - Kevin all tuckered out and asleep already. We won't be far behind him. ......Miss and I NEED to stop eating ...

They were very good and great entertainers. Lots of sangria to accompany. Lovely. Relaxing now. Busy day ...

What a wonderful place, can see why it is so very popular with the rich and famous. The Grand Palace Hotel, Was originally built as a royal palace for napoleon's nephew, also an emperor. ...
