... the chicken I’d bought for tea. Thankfully though he turned the board around, ‘grab my foot’ he said and grabbing his ankle I was towed (pardon the pun) back to shore. It’s hard not to look embarrassed when you’re battling the elements but I did my best, and waving to the fishermen on the bridge, my saviour pulled me through the waves to the sandy shore. And safely standing on two feet again I gave him a great big kiss.

... dry, so we packed up and set off for St Malo. In St Malo the wind strengthened enough to stop P &P in their tracks before they were blown over by the wind. Fortunately there was no damage.
