We drove from Pula and after an overnight stop in Feltre, continued north in Italy via Lana and through the spectacular Stelvio Pass. Dusk is approaching when I cross a rushing stream. I need a bath--and this is the perfect time. Still warm enough to enjoy a chilly dip--but cool enough that I won't just get all sweaty again once it' finished. So I find a secluded spot and begin my ritual, coming out feeling like a new man. One of ...
