A nice, winding two-lane took us through breathtaking valleys, past Lake Di Ledro, and then through two long tunnels before seeing Lake Garda below. We played tourist along the marina and public beach and enjoyed a great lunch at roughly half the price of what we would have spent in Switzerland. we met cars coming the opposite direction too..but by luck seemed to pass them at the hairpin bend where there was more generous passing place.
i think Jacob was a little anxious too...it was quite challenging..especially with the 'paddock' turning circle of the GG.
stunning views if you could relax a bit to enjoy them!

Our last day in Bormio, and there has been a split in the camp..... Snowy and The Man Of Steel Keith have decided to ride the "*******o" the king of mountains, Mortirolo with the Stelvio Experience group ride, taking on 2 climbs and some 110 km.......a massive effort....!
