    ... served to us by a very grumpy waitress, by the river. We gave her our bronze change as a tip- good way to get rid of it. Wasps were a constant threat throughout the meal, a few knocked over chairs and screams as the wasps flew near our meals. All tired when we got back and so ready to jump in the lake.     ... look like a right pair of skinhead Nazis. Hold on, we're not in Croatia yet...

    ...but we are definitely in slozny blob eastern European territory. Just by going through a tunnel we have entered a land totally incomprehensible by language and highly differentiated by accent.     ... for petrol, groceries and lunch in there so not to bad a day. We are camped by a lake by Villach in the South West of Austria. Its only a one night stop before we head to Croatia tomorrow.     ... it walking the bicycle, while I gave my calves a hammering! All the uphill torture was worth it, when we arrived at the 1600m wooden walkway built in 1893. The boardwalk criss-crosses the Rodovna River four times over rapids and crystal clear pools, before ending at the Sum Waterfall.
