... get over our exhaustion here and be ready to start 'touristing' again in Madrid. Shall we talk breakfast here at our beach front hotel? ... information was there very short opening times. We had managed to pick the one day of the year when ALL the museums were open, but we managed to actually view none. After enough walking and a quick explore of the cathedral, we hit the shops, initially to buy a magnet.
