... back into Ronaldo and "Wove" our way back to Panicale .We drove through the Sibillini mountains , with lots of tunnels cutting through the mountain range and many hairpin turns. Noel (aka Fangio) was loving it . We passed through some towns that were familiar - San Pelligrino ( the bottled water source !!) and Norcia ( from where our New Norcia monks originated ). Yet, if it needed to be distilled down into one, visiting the hometown of Lisa's beloved grandfather Rudolfo would be the one. Alfio Zippili is a distant cousin who lives in Corropoli with his wife Rita. Alfio speaks only Italian and Rita some English, Italian and French. They were our tour guides for the day. One ...

... grew up. We also wanted to visit the Corropoli congregation for their meeting, Saturday at 6pm. Due to our rental car adventure, we were running late. So, four people who spoke little Italian walked into the Italian speaking 6pm meeting at 7:20. So so glad we did. First a funny part: when we walked in, the attendant looked for seats. There were 2 at the right and 2 at the front left. Noah and I went left and Lisa and Soph went right -- with all of ...
