A curious arrangement - each hotel or restaurant "owns" a section of beach from the promenade to the near the water's edge. You can walk the water's edge but not sunbake on the beach unless you pay!     In the arcaded porticos of Peive di Teco the welcoming door
    of the Brooks' apartment opened! What a splendid time we had …. and we did stay longer than that fish meal!!!
