      San Vito Lo Capo, lovely town although tastefully touristic with fab beaches all around.. Had a lovely walk into the town centre followed by a tasty ice cream, lots here and quite tasteful for a tourist destination but lucky for us it's out of season but still busy enough for a nice atmosphere... We never did find the two fresh fish ...

      ... heard pitched Sicily as a vibrant place with great food, friendly people, dramatic landscapes and a long history.       ... car' and we took the kids to the beach voted 'Best Beach in Italy', San Vito Lo Capo. It's a white sand beach with a big mountain behind it, looking a lot like a small version of Ipanema beach in Rio. The kids revelled in the sandy conditions and the water was amazing. The kids are getting brown as buttons except for their chests... they're the only kids with rashies/swim shirts on that we've seen. Italian children seem a little too brown.       Około pierwszej ruszyliśmy z Selinunte w dalszą drogę, do oddalonego o 20-30 km miasta Mazara del Vallo. Trafiliśmy tam akurat w porze sjesty, więc uliczki były praktycznie jak wymarłe.       ... 60 euro oraz szybkiej i sprawnej pomocy Beaty z Polski wyjechaliśmy kolo 10.30 z wypożyczalni, po ciemku, z dzielną Marylką za kierownicą wielkiego auta i 60km do celu. Dojechaliśmy szybko i sprawnie na miejsce, wyobrażając sobie po drodze, co nas otacza. Już mocno zmęczeni jakoś się zorganizowaliśmy i o drugiej poszliśmy spać. Jutro zobaczymy, gdzie jesteśmy. :)
