A day of cold and hot

Given that the roads around the Northern part of Lake Garda were closed to accommodate the marathon, we didn't find it at all difficult to navigate our way on foot, around to the harbour of Torbole, which is approx 3 km's to the East of Riva del Garda where we were walking yesterday.

As if we havent had enough of trains, we decided to take another one to the nearby Bolzano for a day trip. However, we are now experts at using the Italian rail system, mostly thanks to the DIY electronic ticket booths. They have an English option, our saviour.
