    ... and email while we waited. :-) Dinner, needless to say, was incredible!!! The place is called Pepo. We ate an assortment of Tuscan meats and cheeses as an appetizer and then had ravioli and gnocchi for dinner. In Florence, the pasta dish is called "primi" and then steaks, fish, etc are "secondi" so they always expect that is your second of a possible 4-5 courses!     We packed up early today and headed off towards Florence. Sad to say goodbye to our lovely little San Quirico Italian village, but I'm glad to be leaving our little hobbit room.     Early morning, heading out on a tour of Pisa & Lucca. We are so fancy, they sent a driver to pick us up at the hotel!
