    After taking my early morning coffee next to locals already drinking straight 60 degrees Rhum, I made my way top the other side of the island. Got a free ride from locals, hiked around, borrowed snorkles on the beach and finished the day watching the world cup games with locals.     ... they could drop me. The captain was a typical French sailor, a bit rough, a bit hard to get on with but well, I kept coming back to say hello to show them I was really keen. Days passed and muster was nicer to me, and finally agreed to take me onboard, the plan was to go in a few days. Sweet! Is dream plan coming true?

    ... there is no shortage of choices for a walk. The La Soufriere volcano is a key attraction as are the many waterfalls, mountain lakes and hot springs. Some hikes are more strenuous than others, so Mum and Dad being mindful of my little legs chose a relatively easy waterfall hike. It still involved a decent climb down and up which I impressively managed. The water was refreshingly cold at the bottom which Dad enjoyed!
