Dinner was wonderful. Maria has built up a reputation during her first year of business, for her traditional Sicilian cooking. Tonight she lays on a full four-course dinner, with four antipasti and a choice of digestifs – including fresh pasta with courgette, lemon sorbet and a sweet local wine. The choice of Sicilian wines was also impressive. This is truly a foodie retreat.
