    ... was of Queen Vicotoria! There were also paintings and other relics of a few Russian tsars as Nice and the Riveria has been a vacation spot for the rich and famous for quite sometime. I should note here that all of the explanations were in French, which I was able to understand pretty well.

    ... It's not tough to relax in such a gorgeous room. Our room has a very modern feel, with orange, reds, and neutral colors. The furniture is all very sleak with simple rectangular/square shaped furniture and warm lighting. The King bed is extremely comfortable- we still haven't found the answer to why in Europe large beds are actually 2 smaller beds combined. I refer to the point where the two beds connect as "the valley," and somehow I always end up there- I must like it.
