Only one workout today: Mountain run. Distance: 10 miles; Time: 1:38; Av'g Pace: 9:40; Heart rate effort: 72%; Calories spent: 1,296; Altitude: Started at 1,100 M, ascended to 1,450 M on first 2 miles, then undulating between 1,200 and 1,450 for remainder as the route takes in different peaks of this mountain range.
