understand. French people say buuuh, and Canadians say uhhh.
Now of course there are other
differences I have noticed, but I do not have the time to talk about
them right now. I have a few things to do today as tomorrow is our
first day of holidays! And I need to get ready for that.
I will be on holidays for 2 weeks, so I
don’t know if I’ll do any blogs, but you can keep your eye out if
... like a plan to me! From there, the 3 of us will continue
on to Montpellier, Marseille, to see Baptiste (Ryan’s exchange
student from when he was in grade 10) Nice, Monaco, and Lyon too, on
our way back to Rochefort.
Héctor and I would really like to go
to Barcelona, so we will do that the first part of our vacation,
while Dana will be in Bordeaux visiting one of her other friends.

... at Fouras. Again it's slightly different to last time as we arrived at 8pm in the dark and pouring rain. The good news is we have all used our overshoes now, so they were worth bringing them. It would have been somewhat later but we caught the last river crossing on the Transbordeur, a magnificent hanging platform which is pulled across on cables between1 two enormous Towers. situated too. There was a museum, that used to be a hotel, maybe
still is a hotel, a church, a couple of shops for all of the
