    ... s wedding.Our return journey will be one we have never done before and we are really looking forward to it, we are catching trains from Rocehfort to Nantes, Nantes to Redon, Redon to Rennes and Rennes to Morlaix. We are staying in a hotel in Morlaix then the next day we are getting a train from Morlaix to Roscoff. We then catch the afternoon ferry to Plymouth arriving in at 10.15pm where Sophie and Chris will meet us.Should be an exciting and enjoyable journey ...

    ... we went off for our last cycle of the week along the coast finishing with an ice cream for David and a sorbet for me, perfect.The mussels were really lovely washed down with Rose wine, as you do, we used the mussel dishes and our silver plated mussel eaters, you use these instead of the mussel shells, the girls gave us these items as presents a few years ago.     Early nights on continent make for early breakfasts!

    I struck off in search of a bread shop for the morning sustenance. A small shop is on hill nearby and she has more sweets than normal groceries but at least she had bread….sorted.

    I set off alone to walk the steps above the town to get an idea of it's layout, the No. 33 bus takes you along the promenade to, if I might call it the classy part of town. It is here you have the designer shops and plenty shoppers in them. ...

    ... drivers park anywhere; do U-turns anywhere - even in one way streets. One guy, with his front mudguard dragging along the ground, parked on the footpath and then did a 4 point turn (holding up all traffic) to go back the way he came. We seemed to be at an unofficial drop off point for the station too - which explained all the U turns on the one way street, which started just near us. I mean - who wants to ...
