      ... Staggering!

Pigs in Spain are big business, and pollo (chicken). Industrial scale factory farming appears to be favoured, with the animals spending their entire lives inside sheds. If you favor red meat you will have to search for it. As for Asian food, forget it, it’s not on their radar over here.

The other night we arranged to camp outside the gate of a campground so that we could get an early start in the morning. Camp grounds here often have a ...

It was such a great week and we were so happy to have them over and show them ...

reckon there were more well groomed women parading past me than I’ve seen
anywhere outside of Paris or New York. Many of them were simply out walking
their dogs. Wow; I wonder how they dress when they go out somewhere serious. I stayed
for dinner and it made for a very pleasant people watching evening.

... actually just a forest worker (with awesome leather hat!). He was very friendly but made it clear I needed to move on. Time to head to Munich I guess...

Munich was all about Oktoberfest and Oktoberfest was all about having a couple of quiet beers and eating some nutritious salad based meals.

We took it easy on the first day and only had a few steins (I think?) before hitting the rides for some adrenaline to sober up. The highlight of ...
