... the car, we dropped it off at the airport - about the size of Hamilton airport - having travelled a total of 736km in the time we had it. ... were interesting and the road surfaces excellent. All in all, great motorcycling conditions.

We arrived at Perpignan at about 1.30pm and were able to find the hotel straight away. It was right in the city centre. We pulled up on the pavement outside a bank next to the hotel.

Mind you, I am not sure what the staff members thought that 3 blokes on motorcycles, pulling up outside their bank, were going to do ...

... get back to Paris. Left 10.30am and arrived in Paris at Orly Airport (their domestic terminal) at 11.45am. Mr Su was there to meet us and take us back to his house in Ivry-sur-Seine.
