After a very stormy night we took our time getting going, whilst Les got ready for us to leave, I walked Logan to the beach, the dug up sand sea defence had stood up to the storm and all was well with the closed up businesses. ... fright at quarter past three!!With our ears ringing we descended and of course it was gelati time. Only one today! We're slipping!
With gelatis in hand we joined the locals in the Sunday passeggiata......walking and people watching.....a delightful Italian tradition.Dinner was at a nearby trattoria...gnocchi for me and another truffle laced pasta for Katrina. I still haven't had a gnocchi as good as Nonna's!
