Today we slept in late again and ate a great breakfast outside while overlooking the Tuscan countryside. After breakfast, we relaxed overlooking the farm and nearby towns while sipping coffee. Our arrival in Montepulciano was a very wet one! Pouring rain and our apartment was up a steep stairs from our parking spot and then along a street for a short way. It was compounded by quite cool temperature so there was fear we might contract a cold! The apartment was just as advertised and would be a comfortable base for our first week in Tuscany. We arrived late ...
