The afternoon flew by and it was a shame that - in typical style - the planning stage of the trip had been sketchy meaning that we had to love and leave the trio at 7pm, catching a high speed train back to Milan via Florence (another sensational Italian city). By the time we arrived back at the Idea Hotel, we were absolutely spent by what had been another whistle stop, but fantastic, tour of Europe...
