    Today was hot..35.5 We first went to the Cathar fortress of Montsegur. The fortress fell after a siege that lasted from the summer of 1243 to March 1244. (See photo for more info). Then Foix for lunch at a pub. Followed by 8min out of Foix to Europe's longest navigational underground river, Labouiche. It was 13deg in the tunnel but on this hot day, it was perfect.     ... pop ups store of clothes and loads of gorgeous fresh produce. You could even buy a new pet!! We had brunch again at Mad Hatter cafe & chatted with an elderly couple next to us who were from London. They come to Moirpoix twice a year.
