The end of our holiday is near. Today we left St Victor Rouzaud at the start of a glorious day and motored our way to the Toulouse with the assist of Tom Tom. All went well with giving the car back - even though it was covered with a wonderful coat of dust, mud and leaves. I became quite fond of the little Renault diesel number.

Our time away has nearly come to an end.
This morning we travel to airport, return the little car, (with an extra 1300ks on it) and catch the flight to Frankfurt to catch the flying kangaroo to Singapore - I still have about 4kgs of luggage allowance which I am sure I can fill in Singapore!!

... whiloe working its way up and then down hill; on one side a steep cliff the other trees. The road was covered in fallen leaves in colours of red, yellow and orange. ... the valleys on to the ski resorts. The Pyrenees looked wonderful bathed in sun. We really would recommend this part of France for a visit - this time of year not many tourists and the locals are great. It is still unspoilt when you are away from the ski fields.

... ambiance visuelle compensait pour l'ambiance sonore!

Avant de prendre l'autobus, nous nous sommes achetes des sandwichs pour le voyage. Comme Emilie ne voulait pas manger de sandwich avec des charcuteries, elle s'est retrouvee avec un sandwich a l'omelette espagnol, ce qui veut dire en fait... un sandwich a l'omelette aux patates! Hummm, des patates dans du pain, cest Montignac qui serait content!
