      ... arrives to get physical, we have been heading to bed to catch up on sleep. Fortunately its getting better now.

      The chalet sleeps up to 12, over 5 bedrooms. We provide cooked and continental breakfast for 5 mornings of the 6 day stay, afternoon tea daily, and dinner 5 nights a week. 2 are 5 courses and 3 are 4 course, plus cheese board. Wine is served right through dinner, also Champagne on arrival and departure nights, and is included in the price. Its kind of ...

      ... for lunch - it turns out that is what she meant! We had a lovely lunch and after that Nanny and Grandpa took a happy Marni back to the chalet and to the piscine for a swim.

      Brody, Matt and I went down the Aillouds run to the Kandahar lift a couple of times and then we went to the the Chamois run and crossed over to La Cha and then went up that button lift and down the full run. Matt took some video this time too. ...

      ... bottom and slowing down to reach the carpeted area. She was also getting on the rope lift on her own. She only had a couple of falls, usually due to a traffic jam on the rope lift when one of the kids had fallen over. We determined that in the afternoon we would try to reinforce the snow plough. (Marni had other ideas, but we will come back to that!)

      ... those that go straight down the slope and those that don't. Brody was with the first group of course. The new teacher looked a bit grumpy, so I was pretty keen to get up there and check on him. I doubled back and met Matt carrying Marni off to ski school. She was happier to go this morning.       Oops, no notes again! Refuge Elena quite new and modern. Large dorms but partitioned into bunks of 4. Located on a high ridge overlooking the valley, where we had a long break and arvo tea. Met some interesting groups of Italians, see the funny hats. It seems that all of Italy has these 2 weeks off, so the trails and refuges are full. Dinner in a lovely dining room, food pasta as usual. ...
