Woke up to sunshine and an urge to do some exercise. As
usual my travel agent had everything planned and after breakfast we set off on
our bikes to visit the Georges du Trient. This is a beautiful gorge that is
situated on a river that has cut the gorge over 200 meters into the rock. The
cliff faces have been equipped with walkways that allow a visitor to access
deep into the area. Really something special.

I felt thrillingly alive, filled with awe, contentment, serenity, gratitude. We live in an amazing world, filled with such incredible things and places. I am lucky to have Joe right beside me, braving the arctic temperature to experience the moment with me.
