After breakfast, we met our guide for the day, Attilio. He was a hon not a hun and took awesome care of us throughout the day. We grabbed a cold beer and enjoyed the view of the mountains. Dad is flying over from the UK tomorrow afternoon to join us for about 10 ...

We wandered around, wished we could buy many outdoor things! bought a baguette for lunch and continued up the road to the big car park where the hikes start. Absolutely stunning 360degree views! We'll definitely stay here tonight :) We hit the ...

... helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; line-height: 16.0799999237061px;">Being another 28C day we ventured down to the pool for an afternoon swim. As the pool doesn’t open until 10 am, and James and I had a game of soccer in the local park this morning, the three of us found ourselves amongst a throng of people, mostly looking to cool off in the midday sun.

The Chamonix facility has several indoor and outdoor pools. The largest pool is an ...
