    ... The most astonishing piece was from the 14 or 15th Century (or maybe earlier) of Leda, um ahhh, liaising with the swan. Very explicit and Im sure raised a number of eyebrows 600 years ago and since. Piazza was almost devoid of tourists - so nice to be here at the end of the season.

    ... back and watched my excitement build as we boarded a water taxi to our accommodation disembarking at the famous Ponte di Rialto bridge. Apparently everyone gets lost in Venice's labyrinth of canals and dead end cobbled lane ways. Most tourists get worried by this but that was our plan: to get lost and explore the cobbled lanes less travelled.
