    ... going to scheme to leave him behind anyway.. and I really do like to think of him living out his days in a campo in venezia!). We tried a couple pictures but too dark.... Im finally pulled it together, and then the boys started melting down. Karl came to stand out with me and mark went in with Kurt, karl was totally losing it, getting all worked up, I think majorly exhausted... I just kind of held on to him and ignored his wails, and tried to focus on my last few beautiful moments in Venice! ...

    ... from Antonio before he left for Rome. I thought I saw a tailor shop (sartoria) but it was a cobbler instead. Through language differences however, I understood he would ask his wife to alter a skirt for me. Even if it doesn't work out, I had a successful "local" exchange. Then I viewed the majestic Tintorettos at Madonna della Orto.

    ... pushing a stroller would bring, not to mention alleviating the pain in her back. It was a wild-goose-chase. We asked clerks at multiple stores and each lead came up empty, so we decided to cut our losses and spend the rest of our time in Venice NOT looking for a non-existent stroller store.

    ... products. We went to the museum which was a massive let down, it just had heaps of antique glass and little information. The best bit was the informative video in the front lobby! Leaving we walked the street which offered more enjoyment as I looked at heaps of different glass related items being sold in 90% of all shops. Catching a water bus back to Venice, we stumbled upon our hostel very luckily after walking the maze. At the hostel we enjoyed a cigar on the balcony ...

Jacapo left us and was off to his job as a misuse across town. OK then, we dropped our bags, put on our day packs and took off to the center of town - St. Marks square.
