... facilities. We managed to find a nice little terrace restaurant for dinner and had some Italian pasta.. It was nice food but small portions.. And then you have to add the service charge..10%.. Oh well it was nice to be able to sit outside and watch the people go buy.. and the police boats pass on their rounds of the canals (now that would be a fun job!!).
We went back to our room and found that 2 of roomies were awesome Canadians ...

The tour started outside the Correr Museum and we were issued with headsets and told about St Mark's square. From there we entered St Mark's -skipping the very long long line, thank goodness. ... The rooms were tiny, and we could barely fit in the showers! We'd later learn the hotel in general was terrible. One example - the morning orange juice had mold (or bugs, we weren't sure.) But anyway, we took the boat to Venice. Holy cow, was it ever CROWDED.
