... to check out his baby grand and play a bit of music before heading out. We were feeling a little sentimental for our last night, so we decided to go to Winsteads for one last skyscraper. We did our reflection and affirmation circle there in the booth which was nice and fun. Notes: Today was one of the first days after they changed their name from Oklahoma Joe's to Joe's Kansas City

Comments: Best ribs I've ever eaten. They had a unique taste unlike anything I've ever tasted before. The dry rub on them was perfect. The meat just fell off the bone and was extremely tender. The tender, medium cut brisket had an initial smoky bite to it ...

So, it is the night before we are supposed to leave Kansas City for Hong Kong and I am just contemplating everything that has happened over the last two weeks. Looking back on it I can see all the things the devil has tried to do to stop me from making it to Hong Kong and he has been busy!! Let me walk you through a few things: On July 4th I was driving home after the fireworks show with my sister, nieces and nephew and my best friend when my ...
