... sure why I reserved it, there are spaces everywhere. When we checked in the ranger had a few laughs with us being Australian, and automatically loved we were staying in "his beloved park". So we go and set up our tent, and we’re the only ones in the park. We automatically love this though as we have our space and it will be a nice evening of not hearing other people. The campground is called Lake Morena, and where we set up the tent there was no lake to be seen ...

... with the same guy and it was a brilliant zoo - I walked around for 6 hours without really even eating and I only just got to see everything. It has Pandas, Polar bears - you name it - it has it.

After being there all day we drove to Gaslamp Quarter in downtown...which for a Tuesday night was very busy as we walked the blocks ...

... The sea lion show was the best, closely followed by the killer whales and then the dolphins. Another excellent day.

In San Diego we stayed in little Italy where we enjoyed two excellent dinners which were definitely a nice change from your typical American fare. San diego was a nice city where it would have been nice to spend a little more time. Anyhow it's rapidly drawing to a close as we now head to Hawaii before home ...

... day for the thousands of visitors who enter the park.

Steph and Aaron spent lots of time together today and played very nicely which was great to see. They had fun hanging out together. Not everything at Legoland is motor powered. There is some rides that require kids power so they had to work together to get the most out of some of the rides.

Blacky came to the rescue on one of the rides as they needed a third partyto ...
