      ... City and 30 miles to our day. Once we got sorted out and headed back correctly we headed up the tollway to our hotel in Mount Holly, NJ arriving at our usual time of near 1100 where we found the Slumberland Motel to be all we expected including a self folding coat rack (ask Bill for details).       ... I hope I have an opportunity to take a hike though a trail once I get to Monterey. Last night I was reading up on some of the main destinations to look out for on my way down.       ... started to think about food as we had to eat before the show at 8. We got the metro to Times Square stopping to get some snacks for the theatre on the way. We are dinner at a pub style restaurant called O'Lunneys which was reasonably priced and delicious.       ... a car park and the word "gridlock" came to mind many times as we sat in the bus watching this poor bus driver manoeuver her way through the labyrinth of cars, no wonder they have 50 car pile ups in the US, the stream of red lights from cars rears went on as far as the eye could see!!!

      So off the bus with our booty and onto the subway, we wanted to get back to the apartment, grab the camera and head out to see the dept store xmas window ...
