Canadians love to mow their lawns; even those with more than an acre of land use their riding mowers to keep the grass looking beautiful. It rains enough here that sprinklers aren't necessary to keep the lawns looking green and lush. We found almost all communities to be neat, clean and organized, showing pride of home ownership.

On the way back from the restaurant, I stopped to gas up my bike. Then I decided I should check and fill my tires before returning to the motel. It feels good to get to the room prepared to ride first thing in the morning.

We also passed the boy scout group, they only have 6 miles to hike tomorrow, congratulations to all of them, they had fun, and are looking forward to another hike soon - possibly the Grand Canyon Of P.A.! We made camp early, pumped water and then sat and chatted with everyone. Is good having a group around again! Oh yea, ...

The GPS took us on all back roads coming home and then into a loop around Hass rd, Windsor Castle rd and some other road hence the title of this blog - we needed to reset it and pretend were going to DC until we got onto a numbered route Gabrielle was familiar with.
