      ... often in Atlantic Canada and we noticed that no-one (except us) wore raincoats - they just wore their everyday clothes and didn't hurry to avoid getting put of the rain - guess they're used to it.....

      We saw very few signs of poverty, even in big cities. There appears to be more of a middle class in Canada, although there certainly are some wealthy Canadians - we drove by many huge estates on our travels.

      HOME! We got home today around 1:30PM. Nice ride home not much traffic did about 375. Even though it wasn't a lot of mileage the ride seemed like it took forever. Shane and I both were moving a little slower as each day wore on but today when we looked at each other all we could do was smile.       ... as we crossed into Maryland. We finally had a Cracker Barrell experience today at lunch. I had crusty grilled trout with lemon, sweet potatoes, crunchy broccoli and moist flaky buttermilk tea biscuits slathered with lots of butter. Yummy!       ... It was dripping sweat nasty today, the knifes edge was awesome tho! It seemed like the first 10 miles went by super quick...then we started to stop and talk ... :) .... and it went down hill for the mileage!       ... I had Chop steak (deluxe hamburger) with sweet potato and portobello mushrooms as well as broccoli and cheddar soup and choc sundae $9.99 Marie had chicken noodle soup , 2 pieces of smokey chicken and mash and sundae $11.99 Chey had mac cheese. Gab has 2 eggs scrambled Sooo cheap.
