    ... much you get here so they were dripping by the time I got back. I should have just got one scoop. I got in a right mess. Ice cream all over my trousers and hands and arms. Sticky sticky mess. Luckily we had water and tissue and hand gel still was sticky and my green trousers looked awful. Decided to go for a bus ride as our train passes include buses.     ... We then visited the bean, to look at the huge sculpture before walking back to the motel. The city is really nice, and because of the breeze blowing off Lake Michigan the air is much fresher and cooler than it has been so far. Slept brilliantly, it was lovely being back in a proper bed!     ... she ended up being stopped at the lights so, despite being in the middle of the road she goes 'Quick, come on!' And jumps out to put my suitcase in the back and I have to run round the other side to get in the front. The jeep was really high up so I put my drink on the dash, freeing up my hands to pull myself in.     The day started a little earlier than most, as we had to be up at Sur la Table by 11.00am for a cooking class - Holiday Tapas. We started walking in -1C conditions but the temperature was up to 4C by the time we arrived, together with our fellow cooking class members, right on 11.00am.
