    ... Park reminds me of Newtown in Sydney. Lots of cool little bars, cute little shops and cafes. There is a hub of activity here. We have a drink at the first bar that we see and we people watch for a while. There are people coming from work, the too-cool-for-school crowd and the locals who are just plain cool.     ... train that would be home for the next 56 hours was waiting. Our 'room' consisted of two chairs that faced each other and a bunk bed above our heads which folded up during the day. It was going to be cuddly. Dennis was our attendant for the trip and he came to introduce himself, he was on duty for the whole 56 hours, then had a day off before getting back on a return train!!
