... the $1 Butt Heavy and asked her what kind of beer it was. She said in a somewhat puzzled tone, "Budweiser?" Oh, that makes sense now. Boy, some people sure talk funny around these parts. We all swore the other waitress said Butt Heavy. So we each ordered a Budweiser draft while Cheryl giggled.

After we ate we headed to a Verizon Wireless store that wasn’t too far away to see if they could figure out what the problem was with our Jet ...

Mary was just a bit concerned that we wouldn't make it through customs after setting for 30 minutes on the taxiway waiting for our gate to be ready, but we made to our connection with time to spare. In fact after boarding we had another 30 minute delay for an attitude display ...

We visited Katie, Jon and Willa...oh and Baby Griffin in Katie's tummy. She is due September 23, 2015. We went May 31-June 5, 2015. We had a great time but getting there was one of our worst travel days ever experienced. We boarded SJ for our early 6:15am flight and as we boarded, everything seemed fine until we heard "We are delayed about 10 minutes due to mechanical issue", well almost 2 hours later, sitting on the plane with a 2 year old we finally took off but ...

Just landed. Decent flight. Now at my gate for the second leg of the journey. Charlotte is a lot busier than Harrisburg. LOL. Pulled up a piece of floor to sit on because all the seats in the waiting area are taken. Just got a severe weather alert with a chance of hail for the area on my iPhone but, fortunately, it is to expire at 3:45. Flight departs at 4:35 On the plane, aisle seat. Ready for the last ...

... sheer size of the houses! Blocks and blocks of beautiful properties filled the street but each one also had its own sense of privacy as there are so many trees in Charlotte separating each one, and no fences! It is absolutely magnificent, and not even 15 minutes outside of Charlotte city centre so from a commute perspective must be a dream. We could definitely see why everyone we came across seemed so very happy. North Carolina, you are gorgeous!
