    Quick stop in Clearwater.

    ... humid) and we were on the way to Destin which was halfway between Clearwater and New Orleans. It was a 6 hour drive so I wasn't particularly looking forward to it... Clearwater was a great stop, it was fun having the dog and good company in the apartment and the beach was ok. It probably was a bit too touristy for me. A lot of billboards and signs and American chavs possibly. The sea was lovely but the apartment made up for it and at least we got to visit the restaurant ...

    All in all a fantastic weekend and great reunion with my awesome friend Vassilis and his lovely fiance Jaylene. Sad to be leaving, but tomorrow brings New York City and the real travelling begins.

    So it is d minus 6 days ad we are supposed to be packing.  But we got a bit delayed.  Seemes as if all of the maintenace was not completed correctly, so we are heading back to the shop for them to check everything.     ... Mama, which we both got, in the souvenir Fish Bowl. It was Ok, I think that was the only one for those I ordered.
    Got our passes for the Spa for the duration. only thing they were missing in the Spa was the heated stone loungers, but we survived without them.

    Our sailaway was right on time, and we headed towards blue water.
