    Today another great morning. Had breakfast at the lodge and were on the road by 8. We wanted to go to Bo's Hollow today first and then Akers 2 car ferry because Bo's was only 3 miles from the lodge. Bo's did not open until 10 so we ran over to Akers car ferry first and then back tracked to Bo's. The ferry had a toll of $4 and I was the only one that put my car on.     ... up, my good friend Brad took me to the Budweiser brewery where we saw where the magic is made, a few Clydesdales, and got two free beers. If you're ever in St. Louis take the Budweiser tour, it's a free tour and you get two free beers at the end to boot. Or if you just want free drinks go too, you don't even have to take the tour to get them. Fun Fact: our tour guide claimed that they brew 2 billion gallons of beer at a time at the St. Louis brewery.     We decided to find a place to continue our pool competition, so I Google it and find a place about 10 minutes down the road. I phone them to find out if they’ll be open, and the man says yes.

    We get to the bar, and there are only 2 cars in front of the place. And the place looks very run down. Nonetheless, we go in.

    So recently I started watching the show 'Sweetie Pie's" on the Oprah Winfrey Network about a restaurant in St Louis. Ever since then I wanted to go eat there - and guess what?
