    There are some famous falls outside Portland which Cathy and I were determined to see before heading for Washington State.     ... it continued to grow. I don't mean that they tree grew but hundreds of plants are growing out of the tree. It is a forever changing work of art. In contrast, the stainless steel tree outside will never change or grow. 'Split' (Roxy Paine, 2003) was my favorite piece in the park.
