    ... we got back to the Sooby.

    Lynn had brined a pork loin roast overnight and I had the privilege of roasting it on the Weber Q. It turned out great, served with ciabata rolls, sautéed pea pods and a green salad. We can't wait to try it with a bit of smoke on our larger BBQ at home. Lots of spices make for a tasty brine.

Dollar store, Doctors office to straighten out my knee thing and they do not have the MRI results yet, Some enlargements made at Walgreens and a stop at Lowe’s for new lights for the bathroom and home.     ... comforting to know that no matter what happens I'll have the means to create a warm shelter, clean drinking water, cooked food, and even some entertainment. As you can see from the pictures, we've thought way too much about what to bring.
