One particular weight loss hint might be observed by looking at a certain population group: the fidgeters. People that fidget are usually finer than individuals who maintain still. So if you're not a by natural means fidgety individual, make an effort to develop some fidgeting into the routine. At the office, if your atmosphere allows it, once you acquire ...

    ... to call friends!

June 14th-Thursday - I was up fairly early and Jerry did not come today because he had car trouble and had to take care of that. The garbage cans are out for collection but mine still has room in it so, before it got too hot, I did some more trimming on my cactus. I do a bit every week to fill up the can! It was so heavy I could barely move it back across the street! I called a another guy for a quote on the sun screens out front. He ...
