We are back safe and sound from our trip to Arequipa and the Colca Canyon. I wanted to tell you what a wonderful travel agency were Inka Fest Travel. They were PERFECT! They took very good care of us - especially after I got sick while hiking out of the canyon! That was a rough day for me. The rest of the trip was great! They are really nice people, too...

... by. Explored some neat rock formations and waterfalls before getting back on the trail for the return trip. Felt like I was rock climbing maneuvering through all the huge rock formations!

By the time we got back to the car it was a little after 5 and time to head back. We said we'll definitely go back to Coopers Rock State Forest. It's a beautiful area with lots of trails to explore and a very easy drive from Pgh.

We had wild turkey, shot on the farm, and home-grown salads and vegetables for dinner and a few beers - a great end to a hot day. We have decided to stay with Terry and Sally until Monday because they have arranged a family/friends get together for Sunday night.
