    Left Ottawa at 8am this morning and arrived at Parc Omega at about 9.30 to board an open bus to explore the large nature reserve where we anticipated seeing buffalo,bears,deers,wolves and moose which we did although the moose was a bit shy so the photos are a bit dark.I have included just a few of the shots I took.     After the excitement of the race had calmed down we headed out for a late lunch at Spag and Co, an Italian restaurant right on the finish line. It is now time to celebrate Fathers Day. We had a great lunch but also watched some amazing athletes cross the line. By this stage most of them were in the 60 to 64, 65 to 69, 70 to 74, 75 to 79 and 80 to 84 age groups.
