Normally we are running late to the airport. Like when we were going to Paris, we almost missed the plane, no seriously. They were paging us like crazy and we had to sprint to the gate.
Today though, we were on time but of course, the plane delayed. Why is it that when you're running late, the plane is early but when you're running on time, the plane is late? Go figure!!!!

Today is day 20 of our journey! We are starting out from Sioux City, SD on our way to Minnesota. Elko New Market is the name of the town. Small but charming! The moment we got here (at 4:00 p.m) we were greeted to a monster squall and sirens on the TV to let us know that we were in a tornado warning! Oh great! But, as luck would have it, after our brief squall out comes the sun and no tornados or even much thunder or lightning. Thanks for the thunderous welcome!
Yesterday I got to meet April and Chester plus little Olive (and Smee and Hugo) for a solid breakfast and then lots of talking. Perfect, when you travel on your own you just need to talk to people who knows you once in a while not to go nuts hehe.
