    I met a couple of really nice people as we are sitting in the gate area. Moaning and sighing as we all realize our plight. One person was a sweet woman from South Africa. This was her first trip to the States and she had been here the past couple of weeks for work. She was looking at about a 30 hour travel schedule to get home. Yikes! I felt for her.

    the north by north east tour so they were leaving. However we were getting some new people for the western part of the tour. There were only 3 new people. We then got on the coach, waved goodbye and then left Chicago.

    ... turns out, I'm lucky that Bob is one of the Minnesota people joining this trip. Actually Joe Fierst is due to arrive first so he may get the burden of lesson number one!     ... to the game. We did head to Badger Bash at the Memorial Union to watch the band put on a pre-game concert. Beer and food were available there, and other than a few squished beer gardens, I think this was the main tailgating option. While we personally had a good time, the tailgating as a whole is lacking. Rating - 4 of 10.
