... and we were only a few minutes from getting on. Then it started raining and went dark, thunder rumbled and there was flashes of lightening. That's when they stopped running the ride and announced it would not run due to lightening in the area!! Bugger! So we waited, and waited.........and waited. The announcements said, we could stay or leave, which was really helpful! After a while we decided to head to the far end of the park for the SheiKra ride ...

We also had a great time on Popeye & Bluto's Bilge-Rat Barges. Everyone of us got soaked and we laughed the entire time. We were all exhausted by the time the park closed at 7pm, but it was a great day. Jared and I are looking forward to going back and doing the Universal Studios side next week.

Instead of flying out to Lima Peru this morning was spent unpacking the warm clothes needed for the Andes Mountains and repacking the summer clothes for the Bahamas. This is what I love about not having to fly. I am not stressing about if I am over the weight limit, if ...
