... Yesterday was full of souvenir shopping for the boys and family. It was a great day filled with sharing of memories and God's blessings. Thankful we had someone to help us "haggle" in the market place. Jeff's blonde hair and blue eyes somehow makes the price of an item magically go up a few dollars. Decatur, AL is not the kind of place you want to get out and explore... even less so is where our hotel was in the nearby town of Athens, AL. We pulled in on Saturday night, about 8pm, and quickly realized that we weren't in Kansas anymore... or rather, New Orleans. Most of the local restaurants were already closed, or about to close, and were closed on Sundays... yeehaw. I'm back in Huntsville, Alabama right now. Jacqui and I are putting in an offer on a townhouse. After talking with my bosses, they agreed that I could move anywhere since I'm never in the office anyways. So the place we're putting an offer in on is a 2 bedroom, 1400 square foot townhouse with a 2-car garage. It seems to be very nice. And it's fairly new too. TODAY WE TOOK LITTLE BIT OF A WHOLE LOT TO GET PIZZA AT CHUCKEY CHEESE. THIS WAS OUR FIRST TIME TO TAKE A GRAND-CHILD TO EAT PIZZA HERE. NO WE DID NOT RIDE THE RIDES BUT WE SURE HAD A LOT OF FUN WATCHING HER RIDE AND WATCH THE OTHER CHILDREN.
